Cayo Sombrero (Hat Key), is one of many keys located in the Morrocoy National Park, Falcón State, Venezuela.

ABOVE: Cayo Sombrero attracts many tourists year round but you can always walk a little further and find spots with no people.

ABOVE: As Cayo Sombrero is not far from the mainland you can always find drift wood that has been carried into the ocean by the rivers.

BELOW: The next 3 pictures show some of the underwater images we have taken in Cayo Sombrero. Compared to other islands or keys in the Morrocoy National park, Cayo Sombrero still has most of its corals alive.
